What’s the best way to contact you?

Whats app, social media or via email is the best way to contact us. Direct phone calls may not always work as we’re sometimes not in country.

How do I order?

The best way to order is through our website as all the details needed are already given to us. If you’re not comfortable with purchasing via website, send us a message via social media with your name, address and contact no. and the item you would like to purchase and we will take it from there.

What are your payment options?
Our preferable payment option is via bank transfer. You can however pay cash on delivery and also via credit card through our WIpay link. Please note, when making credit card purchase, there is a service charge which is split between Lush Interiors and you the customer. You will see this charge prior to check out and can determine if you would like to pay via this way.

What do I do if I order a plant but end up not liking it?

That’s no problem, however you must determine this on the same day of collection and return the item with the courier before he leaves. The only cost you will incur is your delivery cost if you chose delivery.
Missed the courier? Send us a message ASAP and we’ll try our best to work things out. Once we’re satisfied, you can drop the items at our meeting locations in San-Fernando or La-Romaine. Ensure the item/items are in its original state and packaging and a refund of the item price, excluding delivery, will be given once returned.
The delivery cost from initial purchase will still incur as the courier who made the drop will have to be paid for their service.

What if I notice my item damaged on delivery?

Identify the damages to the courier or person delivering and return the item immediately. In the case of an item being delivered damaged, a full refund, including delivery, will be given.

Do you sell wholesale?

We’re not a primary wholesale business at the moment but we’re willing to hear offers for our great quality plants!
